What is a fracture?

Since bones provide support to our body. When too much or sudden pressure may crack or even break a bone is termed a fracture. The simple definition of fracture is the breaking or cracking of our bone is called a fracture. Fractures can be caused due to the following reasons:

1. Falling from a height like a tree or a roof.

2. Falling from a bicycle or bike.

3. Fracture can also occur when you are playing and suddenly fall.

An internal bone split or significant bruise is referred to as a hairline fracture. It is also known as a stress fracture. In hairline fracture, minor cracks occur in our bone. The hairline fracture causes due to running or jumping. Mostly sports persons become the victims of a hairline fracture. Apart from that, hairline fractures are also found among those patients who are suffering from osteoporosis.

The following symptoms occur due to hairline fracture.

1. Bruise on the affected area

2. Tenderness

3. Affected area swelled

4. Pain.

What is a Simple fracture, its causes, and its symptoms?

A simple fracture is also known as a compound fracture. It hurts the skin and the tissue around it. Because of the risk of infection, simple fractures tend to be worse than simple fractures. The fractures cause due by falling or car accident.

Here are the symptoms of a simple fracture.

1. unable to move

2. Misbalanced in bones or unusual shape in the affected area

3. Swelling

4. Immense pain

5. Unable to lift the weight.

How to know whether a person has got a fracture in his bone or not?

A fracture may vary from person to person. Fractures may differ according to the age and health of a person or the extremity of the injury. Here are major signs through which you know whether a person has got a fracture in his bone or not.

1. Bruise around the affected area.

2. Swelling around the affected area.

3. Not able to move that affected part of his/her body.

4. Bleeding

5. Creaking sensation in the affected area

6. Feels immense pain

7. Blemish skin.
